Features For removal of most types of pitman arms, tie rods and ball joints found on automotive and light truck applications. Opening size 1 5/16" (33mm). For pulling worn tie rod ends on most FWD and RWD autos. For separating the ball joint from the spindle arm. Center tip on forcing screw swivels to help remove and prevent damage to the tie rod stud. Removes tie rod ends and pitman arm assemblies from many cars and light trucks.
Drop forged steel. Pull travel 2 1/2" (63mm). Heavy duty steel construction and heat treated jaws. Adjustable for different size ball joints. For use on imports and front wheel drive vehicles including SUV's with rack and pinion steering. Opening size 1 1/8" (29mm).
